Pine Point – “Say It Again”

A few familiar Aussie names collide on the new single from Pine Point. With members of Workhorse, Junk Harmony, and Dead Roo, the band brings together a good cross-section of players who’ve left their heart’s in full view. The new single finds them clutching a hazed indie pop sound that builds from hushed strums, peaking with a cascading mirror maze of guitars and a soft pillow of amp feedback. The band’s tender delivery and quiet introspection brings to mind sorely missed contemporaries like The Ocean Party. The new single, “Say It Again,” is out now from Adelaide’s Swirl Records.
