Trummors – “Hey Babe”

Real excited to see new music from Trummors headed out into the world today. The band’s last album, Dropout City, was a constant favorite around here. A hard record to top, but the band looks to be making a good crack at it from the sounds of first single “Hey Babe.” The song’s just a quick dip into the creek, but with a heat-rippled quiver in the atmosphere, it easily captures the band’s grasp on the core of Cosmic Country. The song’s accompanied by an equally hazy video, full of wide vistas and sunlight squint, a fitting companion to the cut’s heady curl. The new record, 5, is out April 12th from Ernest Jenning Record Co.
