The Pink Stones – “Baby, I’m Still Right Here (With You)” feat. Nikki Lane

The Pink Stones let out a third single from the upcoming You Know Who and its as sweet as they come. Pinkston and the band set out to create a classic country duet in the mold of George and Tammy, and along with Nikki Lane they create a harmony n’ heartache ballad that slides easily alongside the classic tonkin’ of the aforementioned George & Tammy, Dolly & Porter, or Gram & Emmylou. The easy rapport between Hunter and Nikki is the key, lending a charm to the song that escalates it quickly to one of The Pink Stones’ most classic cuts. The new record, is on the way soon, so keep an eye out June 30th from New West. The video finds the band pairing up again with director Joshua Shoemaker, who shot the clip for their first single, “Who’s Laughing Now?” Check out Nikki and Hunter makin’ the best of things above.
