Honey Radar – “Pink Acid Jogger”

A new chunk of charred and scarred psych-pop is on the way from Honey Radar. The Philly band has been a perennial favorite around here and they’re prepping a new album for release in May. With blistered brevity, the band rips into the ragged pop of “Pink Acid Jogger.” Fuzz envelops the song’s hazy sonics. The band have always been masters of the minute pop song and they continue to pack as much psych, scratch, and rumble into 0:54 as is humanly possible. The new album, Ribbon Factory, is out directly from the band on May 3rd.
