A lovely new single, soaked in Americana and touches of country slips away from Cara Beth Satalino this morning. The songwriter, known for her work with Outer Spaces, has been quietly corralling solo strums for a few years now. Her new one, Little Green, lands at RSTB fave Worried Songs this Spring. “Dandelion Weed,” the first single, is a tender tale couched in fingerpicked strings, a cocoon of vocals, and the soft swirl of pedal steel. It’s a gorgeous introduction to Satalino’s new album, a record of upheaval that attempts to sort a few sanguine moments from the chaos. Little Green finds its way to shelves on May 3rd from Worried Songs.
