William Doyle – “Now In Motion”

An infectious and invigorating new single drops out of Tough Love today. The latest from William Doyle’s upcoming album Springs Eternal casts an eye back towards ’80s New Wave and Art Pop, pairing sauntering drums with layered harmonies and an electric jolt of Talking Heads-esque keys. The song lopes along with a wild-eyed propulsion, building to a peak of rhythm, voice and vibe. There’s a slight chemical burn rippling under “Now In Motion,” and it winds up Doyle’s most engaging single yet. The new album, Springs Eternal, is out February 16th.
