Matthew J. Rolin – “Candle”

I talked about this one a few weeks back, and now there’s a lovely video for “Candle” from Matthew Rolin’s upcoming collection Twos, out in very limited capacity on Dead Currencies. The record primarily collects pieces that Matthew’s been working on over the past few years, one offs & self released singles recorded from 2021-2023. Many of these have found their way out from Matt’s Bandcamp, but “Candle” along with “Leaves” are both unreleased offerings in the collection. The song sings with Rolin’s adroit playing, brimming with life and bursting with movement. The new collection arrives May 17th and you can check out the weathered and wondrous video for “Candle” now.
