Vague Plot – “Moto”

In anticipation of the release of their Island House debut this week, Vague Plot ready another single. The band, featuring RSTB fave Zachary Cale, turns away from the songwriter’s more tempered folk and Americana, delving deep into jazz-psych territory. “Moto” unfolds over 8+ minutes, weaving spectral sax through the band’s midnight vision of knotty psychedelics. The band’s been a live favorite around NYC for a while now, but its great to finally see a studio document of the band’s sound. The new tape, CRYING IN 9 is out March 1st from Island House.
