Chet Sounds – “Losin’ End”

Avatar

The last album from Aussie’s Uplifting Bell Ends dove deeper into the arms of the ‘70s and the latest solo single from the band’s Chet Tucker follows suit. Where the band found footing in the tangle of Southern Rock and Cosmic Country, Chet Sounds embraces a mellower mold of AOR, taking inspiration from modern movers like Maston and Traffik Sounds with heavy nods to Rundgren, Sweet Baby James, and Jackson Browne. Tucker’s first single, “Losin’ End” nods on a slow groove, blending pristine keys with a bit of fuzz-bitten guitar, all underpinning Tucker’s weather-beaten croon. The new album, Changes Happen To Everyone, Everywhere, is out October 27th from Third Eye Stimuli
