Soft Meet – “The Slip & The Slide”

A short, sweet, and shrouded release out of Earth Libraries this week finds the debut single from L.A. trio Soft Meet. Skimming a ‘70s side of Rundgren, the song brings a shaggy piano pound, a 5 O’clock shadow delivery, and production that’s haloed in smoke and stage lights. Hopefully a few more details emerge about the band and some more output, but for now, this is a nice way to spend a couple of minutes. The single is out now from Earth Libraries.
