Skyminds – “Wasser”

A necessary bit of calm slides out at the tail end of the week with news of a new record on the way from Skyminds. The duo of Michael Henning (Selaroda, DJ Megasoup) and Sean Conrad (Channelers, Ashan), has cropped up here a few times in the past and it’s always lovely to hear what they’re up to. Over a nodding beat “Wasser” welcomes listeners into the album, yawning with the dawn and setting the tone for the verdant release that follows. The new album, Echoes on the Shore, is out July 12th from perennial favorite album Inner Islands.
