Sticking with a bit of folk today, Canadian outfit Maybel offer up a second single from their upcoming sophomore LP, Gloam. The band’s layered harmonies take a more subtle turn on “Rebloom,” letting the strum of strings drive the cut through an aura of melancholy. The song sighs and sways, catching light breezes of hope among its narrative of moving on and overcoming emotional weight. The band’s new album is out October 27th from Idée Fixe Records.
