Joe Ghatt – “Orange October”

I’ve been enjoying the lounged ’n lush environments of Joe Ghatt’s upcoming new album Caper. Following two previous velvet-lined singles, Ghatt lets out “Orange October,” a surf-sidlin’ strummer that lets a bit of fuzz into the parlor, then cools it down with a nice dose of flute. The album is a perfect respite from the heat and humidity, and “Orange October’s” just about the most refreshing six-minutes you’ll spend today. The new album, Caper, is out June 14th via Third Eye Stimuli Records (AUS), Echodelick (USA), and Six Tonnes de Chair (FR).
