Winter McQuinn – “I Will Be The Same”

I’ve been loving the current wave of Aussie’s hitting a ‘70s streak – from Bures Band to Hot Apple Band, and Stephen Bailey’s solo work. Today the new solo slice from Sunfruits’ Winter McQuinn carries on the trend, leaning towards a sun-dappled Canyon-coated cut that’s full of mellowed keys, flutes, n’ strums. McQuinn pairs it with a doppelgänger doused video that finds him playing all the instruments as different characters. “I Will Be The Same” builds the anticipation for McQuinn’s sophomore album Move To The Trees, which finds its way to shelves April 5th from Third Eye Stimuli and Echodelick Records.
