Plenty to get to already this morning, but it’s nice to start things off with a jangled gem from K Recs. New signing, Touch Girl Apple Blossom release their first single off their debut, a sweetly sighed ode to the Spring, and right about now the warmth and cheer of this one are just what February calls for. “The Springtime Reminds Me Of…” rambles into view on a wave of strums and the easy air of Olivia Garner’s vocals. The band splits the seams between K classics like Heavenly and aughts Aussie new wavers that brought the genre roaring back. The band’s debut album, Graceful, is out May 15th from K Records.
