Vanity Mirror return with a time-wobbled new album, mining ‘60s jangle and ‘70s crunch. First single “White Butterfly” scrapes the film off of the Nuggets era with a dose of ringing guitars, grotto-trickled keys, and some deep velvet harmonies. The band leans into the paisley aesthetics, smearing the lens of their latest video with some psychedelic swirl. The cut captures the Anglo-psychedelic curl, feeling more akin to The Smoke, The Idle Race, or lost treasures from The Mickey Finn. The new single slips into the running on their new album, SUPER FLUFF FOREVER, out Oct 24, 2025 via Having Fun/We Are Busy Bodies.
