Aussie faves Screensaver let loose a third single from their upcoming album, Three Lens Approach. Boiled in a bath of synth-pop and post-punk, “Telepathic Apathy” tenses and twists through rhythm, propelled by an insistent bassline from the very first moments. The muscular bass ripples beneath neon flashes of synth, sparring with the perfectly iced angst of Krystal Maynard’s vocals. The darkness takes hold, warped into a delirious dance as the track unfolds. The band mirrors the mood with the video’s nocturnal glow. Each single’s only made the band’s latest more enticing, a dark delicacy that releases at the end of the week. Three Lens Approach is out November 7th from Poison City Records.
