This one’s kinda hitting me right in the sweet spot today. Employing overcast harmonies with a social commentary twist, the new single from L.A.’s Fur Trader eschews its heft in gauzy production and a light touch that pulls from both 60’s psych-pop and ‘90s bedroom folk. Andrew Pelletier’s vocals float over through the speakers with a delicate ease, layered over themselves with a pillowy softness that’s easy to return to again and again. His new EP Stuck in the Aching Again is out April 14th.
