A Cosmic Country gem crops up in Sweden this week, making a strong showing for the debut from Northern Lights. The new single sways slow, baked with a dusk-light glow and a pleasant dose of layered harmony. Glazing the cut with steel slides and a low tumble of drums, the Gothenburg duo borrow a bit of Western warmth and lacquer it atop their homegrown vision of Cosmic American splendor.
