Kate Bollinger’s works have been captivating me for quite some time, with the artist garnering the praise she deserved on last year’s Look At It In The Light EP. The short, but sweet offering marked her Ghostly debut and it looks as if she’s working her way towards a proper full length for the label. Following a standalone leftover from the EP and a Jacques Dutronc cover, Bollinger lets out the tender folk dream “You At Home.” Ever the consummate collaborator (having done great works with Drugdealer and Sam Evian) this track finds Bollinger pairing with Dave Longstreth (Dirty Projectors) and it’s filled with a vernal lightness that comes through in the surreal, Nikki Milan Houston-directed clip. The single is out now. Ther’s sure to be news to come on what’s next.
