A little while back country-psych legend Farmer Dave Scher let out this sprawling single on Curation. “Ohana” is a rhythmic stomp with a dose of desert shimmer. Now he pairs up the song’s heartbeat thump, prog keys, and soaring vocals with a West Coast wanderlust video, sweating out the toxins under the salt-cured sun, complete with dancing dolphins and communal comforts. The single is out now, a soaring vision of what Scher has been building to over the last few years with his new outfit the Wizards of West.
