A collaborative EP from a couple of Aussie faves finds the pair exploring the softer side of there songwriting and offering up some sublime gems in the process. The duo of Winter McQuinn (Sunfruits) and Acacia Pip (PINCH POINTS) turns down the volume and leans into the strums and easy amble that McQuinn had begun to explore on his solo outing, albeit with a bit of a modern Aussie angle. ”Working On Me” is a sunny stunner, paired with a homespun video that captures the song’s bucolic sway that portions them slung between Courtney Barnett and Real Estate. The new EP, Recently I’ve Been Missing The Colour Green, is out November 15th from Third Eye Stimuli.
