Following the psych splatter of their last single, “Mushroom Kingdom,” Aussies Sunfruits return with a new single that blows away the smoke of the ‘60s and digs its teeth into a glam-primed ‘70s feel. With a dose of fuzz guitar, the song finds solace in hedonistic companionship, longing to shirk the shackles of city life and day job drudgery for something more wild in the country. Their last single nailed the mark on psych-pop and this one seems to being doing just the same for glam revivalists, feeling like it’s sliding along the spectrum from Slade to Segall. The new single is out via via a team up between Earth Libraries and Third Eye Stimuli (AUS).
