Goat – “Goatbrain”

A second single hits the speakers today from Goat’s upcoming eponymous album. The band continues to let the funk flow on “Goatbrain” blending Eastern psych guitar stabs with a looser feel on the percussion and a more prominent bass drive. Horns, flutes and a wash of fuzz let the track peak in its second half. The first single embraced an aura of dance and the feeling remains as we burrow deeper into the album. The new record, Goat, is out October 11th from Rocket Recordings.
