Lyn Avery & Cole Pulice follow up their 2022 album, To Live & Die In Space & Time with a new collaboration that finds the songwriters collaging their contributions, recording both in person and through a series of mailed overdubs that wind around songs in Papier-mâché layers. Opener “All That The Air Allows” burbles with life, shimmering and shifting with synth tones while Pulice adds soft, warm sonics with their sax. Like the first collaboration, the new record revels in quietude and a sense of serenity. The new album, Phantasy & Reality, is out November 15th from Moon Glyph.
