ÖLÜM – Kara Dünya

West Coast Anatolian psych combo ÖLÜM bring the Turkish heat on a new single today. The song’s been cooking for a while, and even turned up in a live video session about a year ago, but today the band gives the cut the full studio treatment and an excellent Spaghetti Western video to match. A chugging, riff-flayed ripper, the song sinks it’s teeth into the heart of ‘70s smoker staples feeling like it should be splashed across the side of a custom van. The new video, shot by Fred Joseph & Dante Capone and cut by the band’s own Aykut Özen & Mikey Longhair, perfectly encapsulates the song’s creeping dread and gunslinger grooves.
