Uranium Club – “Tokyo Paris L.A. Milan”

Got another caustic cut out of Uranium Club today and it’s only making this album more enticing and it creeps closer. The Minneapolis band have gone to lengths on this record to expand their sound, still corralling a bit of the old gangrene grist of their past records, but varying from the frantic and fractured pacing. In that spirit, “Tokyo Paris L.A. Milan” starts out slow, showcasing some strums in the mix before the band starts chewing on glass and grease as the chorus hits. Plenty of Voidoids and Chrome in the chamber on the upcoming Infants Under the Bulb, but a fair amount of surprises as well. The new record descends on March 1st.
