Tossing Seed – “Stars In Your Eyes”

A hell of a jangler out on Precious Recordings of London that scoops up some C86-inspired riffs out of Indonesia. Following on their 2023 EP When You Come Around, Tossing Seed lets loose the A-side of a new single, “Stars in Your Eyes.” The single meshes head-bopping jangles with a fuzz n’ froth churn beneath the buoyancy, giving the song a bit of bite and just a quick nip from the crash and crush of the noise pop crate. The new single is out June 3rd backed with b-side “Bootleg Charm.” The label’s also got the new single bundled up as an International Pop Underground trio alongside singles from Copenhagen’s Josie and a solo debut from 14 Iced Bears frontman Robert Sekula.
