A little jangled jam that slipped out last week. If you missed out on the second single from Montreal’s Prism Shores, the good news is there’s still time for a refresh in the cold light of a Monday morning. The band hits the power pop touch points pretty well, giving things a Fanclub strum with a wash of Sugar on the way down. With a slippery veneer of tape hiss, the band lets the listener in to their confessional aura, feeling like their poised on the precipice of a bigger sound. The new album, Out From Underneath, hits shelves in the wee weeks of the new year, arriving January 17th from Meritorio.
