Hollow Hand – “Drinking With Judy (Night Mode)”

RSTB faves Hollow Hand are back with a new single. Drenched in a fuzzy veneer and propelled by a full rack of rhythm, the song picks up where the psych-pop splash of Your Own Adventure left off. The new leaps into the darkness with grease-slick hooks, but wrestles from the rails by the time the song comes collapsing to a close. The clean strums start to sour immediately with a kind of warped VHS quality slipping into the song before Max Kinghorn-Mill lets the whole cut crash into the noisy end of the pop spectrum. The new single’s out now, more to come.
