Fraternal Twin – “Cloudsong”

Got a new one this morning from Kingston locals Fraternal Twin. The first single from the Cloudsong EP is an overcast and gauzy bit of indie that edges into dream pop at times. Tom Christie’s vocals sigh underneath the wash of synths and patient strums of guitar. “Cloudsong” aches as it fills the room with fogged lights and lament. The band pairs the song with a stripped-down video that embraces the smeared aesthetics of the song. The band’s new EP is out November 11th from I’m Into Life Records.
