Exploding Flowers – “What Are We Going To Do?”

A gauzy new single wafts out of the new Exploding Flowers LP. The band’s second single from Watermelon/Peacock stares into the sun and lets the listener melt for a few moments. The jangles remain, but the band leans into an atmosphere that’s thick and drowsy, letting the question in the song’s title drift away on the wind. A dizzy video matches the song’s delightful haze, making for a good way to whisper out of the week. The new album hits your hands on March 21, 2025 from Meritorio Records and Leather Jacket (AUS/NZ).
