Young Guv – “Nowhere At All”

Ben Cook continues his sterling run of recent Young Guv singles. While the last album was a power pop treasure, Guv IV is shaping up to devour quite a bit more influences, finding a home for his country offerings and letting in a bit of sun-flare smudge in the dream pop of “Nowhere At All.” With a lightly loping jangle beneath its breath, the song is caught in a slow-motion sunbeam and enjoying every minute of it. An appropriately nostalgic video accompanies the clip with Ben enjoying the sway of it all. The new album, is out June 24th on Run For Cover and Hand Drawn Dracula.
