Sweat – “Paradise”

Avatar

Every single that swaggers out of this album makes me love it more. The Pittsburgh band’s debut is a windows-down neighborhood-rattler with touches of ‘70s hard rock, glam, and prog under the hood. “Paradise,” the third single from the band’s upcoming Who Do They Think They Are? showcases the band’s dynamic range, moving from constricted, Moody Blues keys to a third-degree burn of a solo by Richard Stanley. All the while the glittered grooves are held tight by Sue Pedrazzi’s soaring vocals. The new album is out May 26th from Tee Pee Records.
