Melbourne’s Clamm return with a new album on the way for Chapter Music this Summer. Like fellow Aussie heavy hitters Vintage Crop and Civic, the band meshes a knuckle-bitten punk with heavier strains that land like a dropkick to the sternum. The band’s first single from the upcoming, Care, is the turbulent torrent of “Bit Much.” The song grinds out of the speakers like a lit match, setting everything in its path ablaze with tension. The new album is out August 19th, and if the rest is as ripped and rigged as this one, then it stands to send us all into a summer sweat.
